We serve globally including countries like Canada (CBS Information Systems Inc), the UK (as CBS Information Systems Ltd), India (as Aviru IT Systems Private Limited and M/s Central Business Solutions Inc) apart from the US(Central Business Solutions Inc and CBS Information Systems Inc). We can help you in billing for your products and services to your customers in the countries you do not have a presence for a nominal pass-through fee.
We will take all the responsibilities and compliance liability to sell the product or bill for the products/services on your behalf in the region where you do not have a physical presence, especially if CBS bills the customer. The liabilities include the following:
- General Liability Insurance (Aggregate): Up to USD 10 million including Umbrella
- Worker Comp Insurance: Up to USD 1 Million
- Cyber Liability Insurance: Up to USD 5 Million
- Employee dishonesty and theft: Up to USD 5 Million
- Error & Omissions (Profession Liability): Up to USD 5 Million
- System Escrow and continued support to the customer in case the Partner becomes Insolvent
